Nope, it's not Photoshoped.
Maybe someone should release a statement regarding the dead baby hand that Connie is wearing, much like the great statement PETA released regarding Sharon Stone's rat paw: "Maybe Sharon, passed over by the Academy yet again, was jealous of Ratatouille's Oscar win and thought a rodent paw might go with her haggard look. Her accessories these days are as dead as her career." I so love PETA for that.
