This is by far the best song in the songwriter contest. The vocal is beautiful, the lyrics uplifting, and the music itself is such that it will stand the test of time, which is a sign of a great pop song/ballad. I've liked lots of past idol contest songs, but this one has that something special that just moves you......when i hear the lyrics i can totally relate, and in many different ways. And most importantly, the lyrics totally fit & work perfectly with the show finale theme.
